Shipping
We ship UPS or FedEx Ground only. Shipping prices are fixed based upon dollar amount spent. We do our best to keep our shipping prices reasonable, but we do have to maintain a certain profit margin.
Delivery Times
Vary, but we will process your order as quickly as we can. Typically 3-7 days depending on where we are shipping.
Returns
You must submit a claim within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise, to do this just send an email to our CS department. We will issue you an RMA and arrange for the return. Refunds are subject to inspection.
Warranty
Hammaka Manufacturing offers a Two (2) year Warranty on all of their products.
Outback Chair Company offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of their products.
You must contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty related issues.
